Continental Breakfast - Assorted Breakfast tray (muffins, danish,
bagels, & scones etc.), fruit tray, coffee set-up (regular & decaf), orange
juice, condiments & paper products
Continental Breakfast w/
egg casserole - same as above w/ the addition of either vegetarian
egg casserole (tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, green peppers & topped with
cheddar cheese) and/ or egg casserole w/ ham (tomatoes, onions, green
peppers, ham & topped w/ cheddar cheese) (the egg casseroles can be
split in half if the customer would like....
Example 100 guests...Vegetarian for 50 and ham for 50)
Hot
Breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon and/or sausage, home fries, fruit
salad, assorted breakfast tray (muffins, danish, bagels, & scones etc.)
coffee set up, orange juice, condiments, paper products (the bacon
and sausage can be split in half if the customer would like.........
Example 100 guests...... bacon for 50 and sausage for 50)

Wrap tray w/ 1 side - pick and choose or have an
assortment of all....
1 whole wrap per person
Turkey wrap - w/ tomatoes, onions
sprouts, cheddar cheese & honey mustard,
Teriyaki Roast Beef wrap - onions, mushrooms,
green peppers, teriyaki glaze & swiss cheese,
Mediterranean wrap - salami, provolone, black
olive spread, lettuce, tomatoes, & onions,
Veggie wrap - sautéed spinach, zucchini,
yellow squash, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, provolone cheese, & Italian
seasoning
Smoked Chicken
Salad wrap, Tuna Salad wrap - Cut in 4 sections so people can try more
than 1 kind. The side can be split in half if the customer would like.......

Sandwich tray w/ 1 side - assorted
sandwiches already made cut in half on a tray including: turkey, ham, roast beef, salami, smoked chicken salad,
tuna salad, provolone, cheddar, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, wheat,
marble rye, & white, and condiments (pick and choose or have an assortment of all 1 whole
sandwich per person The side can be split in half if the customer

Finger
sandwiches - assorted finger sandwiches already made on a tray
including: turkey, ham, roast beef, salami, smoked chicken
salad, tuna salad, provolone, cheddar, swiss, lettuce, tomatoes, wheat,
marble rye, and white, (pick and choose or have an assortment of all 3
pieces per person)
