Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering will be happy to provide the
following services for you and your company guest list. This is a special
package designed to give you more for your money. It is loaded with fun as
you will see as you look through the following information.

Bingo for 1 hour (requires client to provide prizes)
Pre Recorded Party Music Mix for 6 hours or less
P A System for making special announcements, calling bingo, and playing
party music

Entrees will be grilled fresh on site. Serving line tables will be covered.
Meals will be served buffet style all you care to eat.

Refrigeration must be available to keep any leftover food safety.
The Special Event
Decorations
The event site will be decorated with 100 colorful helium filled balloons.
The balance of balloons not used for decor can be distributed to the guest
children to play with and to take home. Includes helium, balloons, ribbon
and personnel to give away balloons.
We will use 200' of multi colored pennants to brighten your event site.
Promotional Materials
Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering will provide schedules of events, and
signs for each attraction to make things easy to find.
Staff
Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering will provide all necessary staff
needed to provide the outlined duties. The owner of Abracadabra
Entertainment and Catering will be on the grounds from before starting time
to after the end of event if so arranged.
Management
Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering will provide well trained and
seasoned management to organize and direct the event along with the owner of
the company being involved directly in your event, when pre arranged. Your
staff gets to enjoy the fun and relax!
Planning
Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering has been in the entertainment
business over 20 years. We want your event to be a success, we will do
everything possible to make your event the best ever!
Inclusions
Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering will provide delivery and set up of
the equipment one day prior to your event. Take down will occur immediately
following the event. Large tents, tables and chairs will be left up until
the following Monday after the event.
Insurance
Abracadabra Entertainment and Catering carries $1,000,000.00 Commercial
General Liability. The producer is Schiff, Kreidler-Shell, Inc. The company
affording coverage is The Cincinnati Insurance Company. The authorized
representative is Elaynea D. Koenig. She can be reached at 513-977-3100. A
Certificate of Liability Insurance will be sent to you upon request.
Client
Client will be responsible for the following:
Location for event day and set up day
Security (both overnight and day of event)
Electrical availability close to where needed
Water availability
Trash receptacles with liners and a dumpster, clean up and disposal of same
Restrooms Parking

Terms
Fifty percent of agreement is due to reserve the date at time of booking
with the balance due on the day of the event. Fifty percent payment is non
refundable and is paid to reserve specific equipment for a specific date and
is payment to begin planning of said event. In the event said reservation
payment is not paid at time of booking, client agrees to pay fifty percent
of the contracted price in the event of cancellation before payment is made.
Client agrees to pay all attorneys fees, court costs, and all other costs
related to the collection of any bad debt or any breach of contract. The
laws of the state of Ohio govern this contract.

Late Fees
Over due balances will be charged a late fee of $7.00 per day after a 14 day
grace period.

Availability
Items are subject to availability at time in which the contract is signed.
Items are available on a first come first serve basis. If an item is booked
at the time of the signed contract, a mutually agreed upon substitution will
be made.

Attendance Changes
Attendance changes may be adjusted downward by no more than ten percent of
original contracted attendance up to but not after 30 days from the
originally scheduled event date. Increases in attendance are acceptable up
to but not after five working days from the scheduled event date.

Cancellation Policy
It is agreed that if we are unable to provide said service because of
reasons generating from within Abracadabra, the appropriate portion of the
deposit will be credited towards
the remaining balance due. Abracadabra Entertainment will not be held
responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the time that
the services are provided, unless we are found to be negligent.
Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to any other booking or any
other date. If you have any questions or comments, please call as soon as
possible.
We are here to serve you, our valued client. It is understood that this
event is rain or shine, and cannot be canceled or changed to a different
time, date, or location.
Cancellation inside forty-five days prior to event will result in contract
payable in full.
Cancellation made outside forty-five days will result in fifty (50%) percent
of contract price being payable.
